The client is a leading provider of quality preventive healthcare solutions. It operates a wide network of healthcare service centers across the country with an aim to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable to all.
The client had launched an annual membership healthcare card for individuals and families that provided unlimited healthcare check-ups free of cost throughout the year for a fixed annual price.
It wanted to partner with an experienced BPM services provider to help them sell these cards to prospective customers through outbound calling.
A dedicated team of 25 telesales specialists was assigned to the project. The team made outbound calls to a large dataset of prospective customers, educated them about the card and its benefits and pitched for sales.
The project generated 55 sales per day, at an average of 2.2 sales per agent, and achieved a client satisfaction score exceeding 95%.
