As the Founder & CEO, Amit is the guiding force behind Volans Infomatics, a company he founded with the vision of creating a lasting legacy in the domain of Business Process Outsourcing and create a niche segment of outcome driven professional service offerings.

Amit is an out-of-the-box thinker with a flair for identifying and adopting emerging trends and address industry requirements to penetrate both emerging and established markets across both domestic and internal markets. He exhibits a relentless zeal to pursue and accomplish what’s now the “cost- plus” value proposition model.

Amit is a certified Six Sigma Black belt holder with over 25+ years of experience predominantly in the BPO and ITES industry. He has led multiple centres, intermingling and co-handling different areas of the business which include Strategic Planning, Account management, General Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Telecom, Call Centre Operations.

A native of Jamshedpur, India he is widely credited for his vision and adeptness in creating productive outcomes and lasting relationships at all levels that result in winsome business outcomes.
